I have created a project call "Gentle Days". This project is intended to create an avenue in which individuals can express what they or some else is going through in regard to abusive situations, and what they want or can't seem to do or make happen to prevent it, or get away from it... It doesn't have to be you that is going through it. It can be someone that you love or care for.
(

Gentle Day needs enough real-time information as possible to design
a community program that will work (fire on all cylinders) for viticms when they need it. In
order to do this we need to assess each circumstance individually. Also, a hugh component of this project is prevention. We simply have too many young girls on the streets doing things that aren't natural for them to be doing, not to mention it being misoginistic.
This is not just about female victims, and I encourage anyone and everyone to contribute what they can to this project. You can offer advice, or list advocates that you are aware of that concern themselves with it.
Once all the necessary information is evaluated, the project to go to the next level. A program will be created to target as much of the problem and prevent further generations frompracticing harmful and negative behavior. These seemingly random acts of abuse whetherthey are physical or emotional are affecting our everyday life in way we are just beging to understand.
It's my goal to bring peace and the ability to communicate on levels that must be learned.
I have every faith that this can become a reality, especially here in America.
Please join me in the project by going to
www.myspace.com/gentledays and review it. If you
do not have a myspace account you can email your comments to gentle.days@yahoo.com or
create an account that will give you access to myspaces data base profile communication.
Please share this site with whoever can use it to help or be helped. Ultimately, we will help
the abusers find better way to communicate, at least those who can be served this way.
Thank you,
Laurinda Ballard, b.k.a. Lilly Guess
